Supplemental Markets Agent Convention - How Grand Ye Look
One Year Campaign

 
 

Goal: Create a unique and fun marketing campaign to promote the yearly Supplemental Markets Agent Convention contest to win a trip to Ireland for 6 days and 5 nights for top performers, with a special bonus to the top 10 agents.

Challenge: The challenge was to ensure we reached ALL the company’s sales agents - some who were not computer-savvy, so digital assets would not reach 35% of participants. We had to ensure our campaign included a highly-visible and eye-catching direct mail component to garner attention to gain participation

Solution: We created a variety of unique omni-channel print and digital assets to ensure we had multiple touch-points to promote the contest.

Results: The contest achieved the highest number of participants - increasing overall sales by 13% or $1.5M.

  • Sales increased by 13% ($1.5M)

  • New agent participation increased by 11% (245)
